The agency was founded in 1951 by Albrecht Leonhardt, specialising in selling German literature to Scandinavia. In 1995 the agency was restructured and is now owned and run by Anneli Høier in partnership with Monica Gram. Over the years, the agency has expanded its list and is now a leading international rights agency, representing major publishers and agents in Scandinavia and a growing list of Scandinavian authors worldwide.
