Peter Seeberg (Estate) Denmark

Danish author (1925-1999), written mainly novels and short stories. Seeberg's literary debut coincided with the break-through of modernism in Danish literature in the 1950ies with Bipersonerne (1956).

His work developped over the years from dealing with the absurd and strange in the short stories Eftersøgningen to the reality of everyday life in Om fjorten dage, a collection of short stories from 1981 for which he received the prestigious Nordic Council Prize in 1983.
